My Life Concept Project Report - 923 Words

The intention of this proposal is to explore the proposed topic of my Whole Life Concept project report. My proposed passion, how I will turn that passion into a career, the goals and impacts I aspire to achieve in that career and the research, education and skills required to confirm my passion and achieve my intended career will all be explored. My passion is the physical structures and mechanics of the body; I am fascinated with how the body moves, the structures that support it, the joints that facilitate free movement and the muscles, tendons and ligaments that are strong yet allow for the most delicate of movement. More specifically I have great interest in the structure and movement of limbs. I have completed some initial research on the topic of my passion. I worked for 5 years assisting and teaching individuals with disabilities to ride horses which allowed me to gain an understanding of the mechanics of the body. I will further explore my passion by conducting research into the field of prosthetics through online sources and communication with individuals in the field. My ideal field is research and design of prosthetics, specifically working on a team that designs prosthetic limbs and joints. Working in such a field would allow me to focus on my passion of the mechanics of the body. While also giving me the ability to work with designing the newest technology.
